The Evolution of Governance

I think the eventual evolution of governance has to be actually similar to Bitcoin. It's a consensus model where you need a super majority to change any rule set. So we have this concept of the lawmaker right now, but there is no law remover. You end up with this monstrosity that you don't really know if you broke the law or not. That gives state more power because they can use that to do whatever they want.
