The History of Administration in Mesopotamia

The people of mesopotamia had started to understand the value of a plough being pulled by two oxen. Wagons would become the perfect way to transport large sleds of goods, and oxen would have the power to pull them. The biggest aspect of administration during the late fourth millennium b c e was the emergence of writing. We can clearly see evidence of the successful domestication of the vine plant and the olive tree - something which we culturally link to this area of the world.
