Optimism and Lookouts

A lookout provides an outlook. Nicer is better, more optimistic. Lookout can also mean look out. Be careful, be critical, but you are there to be inspired first and foremost. Optimism is a kind of lighthouse at our lookout in a sea of pessimism. It allows one to see further and a little better than others.
