When Stressors Go Up, Supports Need to Go Up Too
Even just having an IV in an arm can be traumatizing probably for kids who haven't seen that when we're used to. So I think I would really want any family in this position to up all the supports they can. Sometimes it's social support, you know, reaching out to friends who are not,. you know, in the full face of the grief, but love this family, love the people and saying, youknow, we need your help.
