The Golden Rule for Entrepreneurs: Never Compete With Amazon

A lot of times in capitalism, some of these opportunities, it's not that the opportunity is too big or too small. It's more like, Hey, this is big enough for me, but I know it's too small for Amazon to care. Once you're competing with Amazon, you're in for a bad day. So maybe you got somebody who tries to aggregate up a bunch of these small pieces. And then that sells as a portfolio to a bigger player. But there's a lot of value creation in going small, getting in there and working with very wide spreads.
