Refactoring Code Is Not a One Time Thing

Refactoring is not a one time thing or something that happens only, you know, two years from when you initially write the code. It doesn't have to be a year later or ten yes, absolutely. With the tooling these days, it's really good. Linters and static anal sers are heavily under utilized,. i feel, and so many of them will just automatically apply the changes that you want to do. And it's fantastic for huge code bases. It would be almost impossible to do it by hand.
