How Do You Delegate the Daily Schedule?

The plan is really, it's two things. One is obviously the plan of sucking up a calendar and connecting with those people on a regular basis. The other part of it is just having a daily schedule of who do you send a note to? Who do you have to follow up with a what i call nte, the initial ca sequence,.
