The Paradox of Developers and Homeowners

Sally Kohn: It seems that unfortunately we're in this sort of a paradox contradiction here where the people that are holding on to this property don't want too much to be developed. She says there's not even necessarily robust evidence that multi-family getting built near say a disabled single family home actually lowers its value. Kohn: I think more folks are coming around on this issue when you frame it as, you know, shouldn't people like you be able to afford a home?
