I think that there could be an issue with reading the room, reading the situation at hand. If you're getting too attached, I wonder if you're saying something or doing something that on those dates, you're pushing them away because they think that you're needy or desperate. See if you can recognize any of those things happening on dates two or three. Otherwise, highly recommend trying to work through a coach, having a third party help you out here.
This is the mindset that will melt away all your nervousness, shyness, and social anxiety so you can approach and talk to girls in a relaxed, confident, and cool manner. Adopting this mindset will allow you to be the one in control, and not your emotions or fear of embarrassment.
