If you don't make your timeline visible only to your friends, then it's just another web page out there in the web as long as something links to it. Google can see that any public timeline is social media and besides are no followed or UGC. So therefore, that is interesting, they might not feed this data into PageRank, but they're feeding into the social media popularity part of the algorithm. I like Facebook.
