The Role of Jack Inhibitors in the Treatment of Arthritis
The synthetic targeted disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs, there are two classes. One is the jack inhibitors that you mentioned, and the other one is a Premilast which is a PDE4 inhibitor. Jack inhibitors work on both sides, and they're also good for the skin. There has been some warnings from the FDA about jack inhibitors compared to TNF inhibitors.
