I always just find it hard with real estate investment trusts in areas I don't really understand because you don't know the dynamics well enough to make a decision. And when I'm reading, yeah, I can read the annual reports to give you all the fluff, but I don't get a real sense of what the market is like over there. So I'll stick to UK and Ireland, at least I can understand it over here. Well, did you invest in Vanovia by any chance? I did, no solids. Oh, good for you. Good for you. But yeah, I would go for ASSA Abloy. It was definitely a good exercise today
