How to Train and Train a Doortex?

Rebecca, i desperately need a train and recruit doortex. I personally don't have the skill to do the work, let alone train. Lift master has an academy i've enrolled my two guys in, but i need one more. How do you do it? It's called sweat equity. You got to put time and energy into it. The training that i provide cost now over 25 thousand per tack. But ultimately it takes me eight weeks to train a good tech. And then they need another month in the field on their own. We shower them with amazing vata. We gie everything we've got, including our hearts.
