The Problem With Dealers and Consumers
Dealers have an unbelievable amount of data on their shoppers that can really help them give the shoppers a better experience. Yet all that data is just laying all over the room and disorganized piles. What we basically do is put software in for the dealership. We get all that data organized. Get a 360 view of every customer settled for the dealer. Then having data is just half the story. The other half of the battle is actually leveraging the data and using it for something.
