Conference Organizers: Be Very Precautionary of Food Trucks
When you go from 500 to a thousand people, or a thousand people to 15 hundred, you move away from a lot of different venues and catering options. You really have to plan either a food truck that can pre make everything and just hand things out to people, or get so many food trucks that they can handle. Dinas orgus did something pretty awesome last year for food where they just rented a bunch of food trucks and had everybody walk to a big park. But that he smaller community conference. So if i had one piece of advice for conference organizers around food is, be very careful of food trucks.
