Is This a Rare Diagnosis?

i could see this being a miss diagnosis or a late diagnosis for someone who doesn't quite recognize hrim the cardinal features, or maybe doesn't feel comfortable. And we should remind the audience that site is a rare diagnosis, correct? So, i mean, i can't, i don't even know that i've ever seen a case. I certainly haven't diagnosed the case myself. It seems like it's a pretty rare thing. It is.
