A while ago, I did some service accommodation events and some service accommodation training. And then we had the whole, you know, came in three years when most of those things were sort of largely shelved. But recently I picked up with somebody who you also know, Chris Carpenter, who's a very experienced investor and developer in the Leeds, Arroga area. We came instantly both arrived at the same point that we felt we wanted to offer some training to, to property people.
