The Importance of Seeing the Empty, Insubstantial Nature of the Mind
Buddhist traditions emphasize yet another meaning of emptiness. The instruction, iis to look into our own inds so that we can actually realize its empty, insubstantial nature. When we look for the mind, there's nothing to find. And in the not finding, as one teacher said, in the not found, that's the finding. That's what we want to realize.
