The current slowing down of the Chinese economy is mainly due to one factor that is the COVID policy and that policy for sure will be adjusted, he says. Without this moderately fast pace of growth, all social progress, all international progress, including to be frank, the conversation with the US cannot be mitigated,. All boils down to one thing: maintaining economic growth.
