The Invisible Friends of My Mom

My mom has no memory of me ever having invisible friends. They were only around for a few months, maybe a year before I stopped seeing them. Fast forward a few more years to high school and I make some new friends who remain my friends all the way through school and into college. My friends' names are Sophie, Hannah, Jessica, Megan, Amanda and Amelia. It's definitely weird. How could I possibly have imagined up so many friends and predicted my future friends' names? It still creeps me out a little bit now.
