Soh: Most things in life require some level of trust. Technology accelerates that process because it can provide the information and reduce the unknown just enough for us to stay in a complete stranger's home, or even renting out some one's home when they're not there. Trust is really about vulerable and expectations. It's really this unique tension between your fears and your hopes and your desires. And so that's why i define trust as confident relationship to the unknown um.
