The Dissonance of Being Trans

Being trans actually, it might give me a certain lens but it doesn't make me special. I'm happy in the body I have but the way I'm interacting with the world feels so dissonant and I didn't go through all this so that I could continue to feel a dissonance of my identity. It's funny just thinking about this idea of questions being looked down upon or making you less respected. How boring to go through life and just think you have all the answers and just listen to yourself saying the same answers.
