How to Track Calories
I was so rigid for so many years where i don't think i varied at all with what i ate, like, ever. And because of that, it's hard to gauge. I counted callories for a very long period of time back when i was like, p like 17, 18, 19. So and again, i kind of have a good gauge on how many calories i'm consuming. Sothat, i find that it's kind of interesting, ause people normaly think it's the opposite. You can see whatever you want in a surplus,. Like, no, like, now i got o. Maeok, so you are tracking your surplus?
