Do You Know How to Make a Healthy Diet?

Health comes down to quality and dose. If you're eating quality food with whole grains, then most meals can be considered healthy. Having versity is good with he different nuts, getting different feto nutrients. Different colors mean different feter nutrients. I've got my pine nuts and my tistatios. Is what i've decided to add in one of my favourtes. Ill do almonds in here, walnuts, a little bitterness in there sometimes. But you can really use any nut.
