I Think It Could Have Been a Jury Nullification Case, but It Didn't.

I think it could have come, ah, it could have been a jury nullification case. A lot of the arguments that have been made are really sentencing arguments. I hope that the judge will give her the lowest possible sentence. This is not someone who should be punished. The conviction is punishment. She's lost her license, never going to practise as a nurse again and she's going to live with this for the rest of her life. Do you have anything else you want to add before we sign out for to night?
