Old Covenant Is an Old Testament
Old covenant is another way of talking about the Old Testament but I'd want to nuance that a little bit more, because I think all too often old covenant is just related to law. If you guys listen to Dr Waters episode on law and the New Testament it's definitely also in the New Testament as well. So if he's using old covenant to cover Moses, what he's not saying is the old covenant is only Moses. He's just using the various aspects of old Covenant to cover the covenant that's made during Moses's ministry.
