We have a massive prison problem. We also huge crime problem. Huge homicide problem across the boards, particularly in certain inner cities. And so there's a simple answer which is to say, Hey, don't lock people up for stupid reasons andLock people up for genuine reasons. But then there are also kind of more extreme answers on both sides. One group of people says we should abolish prisons or drastically cut them down. The other side has been emboldened by the El Salvador president.
