So what are some of the criteria that you now today look for when you're going to either invest in a company or buy one? So my first commandment to lifestyle investing, to cash flow investing and to the path for passive income and financial freedom is lifestyle first. That's huge. I can make an investment in an asset that produces income that doesn't require my time. And that's followed quickly by my second commandment, which is to de-risk the deal. Rule number one, don't lose money. There are investments that the worst case scenario on that investment, you cannot lose all your money.
