During the pendemic, medical groups filed a lawsuit asking that the in person dispensing requirement be lifted. In april, the fda decided not to enforce the inperson requirement for the duration of the pandemic and allowed these pills to be mailed to folks. And again, yesterday, the big decision is that that change, which at that point was temporary, is going to be made permanent.
