I think one of the big challenges that we have is a sometimes we do become very unspreting. So i truly do believe that we are an entity of our own within or organization. I'm no looking at the leads, but im looking at the conversions from a talblet funnel down all the way to the wind rates. From a sales ennabling standpoint, it's the acid utilization, which is really interesting. It's not the quantity of the acids, but the quality. And really furthering the conversation deal cycles, how do we reduce deal cycles that enable the team and win loss ratio is really what i'm trying to achieve.
