What Is the Best Diet for Depression?
The good foods are very much a line with what's clled mediterranean diet. Other things to remove will be red meat, a process meat, refined gray grains and sweets. A looking also at a glycemic index of food, or how quickly the food increases your sugar in your blood,. So many nuts and berries you have in your diet. Those are verya healthy for the brain. And then things that can support the gut by using prebiotics, a, vegetables, fruits as well as fermented foods, the probiotic foods such as hogart (for example), kimte (sour pickle) and sour crowd.
