Gabormate was the first person to really own and create an understanding that this is real. He also has a great podcast, tim ferris isy, if anyone wants to listen to like a bite size. I listened to him first, then read his book. But he's got a great bite side understanding. It talks a little more about diction, but he gets in sah t as well, and some psychidalics too.
