Petrochemicals in the Fuel Pool

Petrochemical facilities have what you would call swing capacity for different types of chemicals or grades of plastic but with regard to refining. So that's where certainly, you know, when oil is negative or $150 do react automatically, but there are times that we could see oils up a dollar and chemicals are down. That's why these markets have developed their own personalities as commodities and they're traded independently of energy in a lot of cases.
