Coaches should let athletes play games in between sets to keep the energy high. Let them develop some more fine motor skills, if they're playing like a bosball game or juggling. It is very interesting with what is expected of you and why this is. Why do people choose that number? I don't know. You know, like, it just works. Like school, you have, you have classed forbout an hour. And so well, let's lift for about an hour. So everything has, i has a meaning and intention. The things that cultivate intention are what we should focus on around our training sessions.
