Is There a Nuclear Weapon in Russia?
I see almost nobody taking this unseriously. Almost everyone who brings it up is recognizes that it is a possibility. Maybe we are in the realm of a serious discussion about nuclear use if the Russians start losing territory. He could have really rattled the saber more about the nuclear weapons. I mean you know he's running out of serious options. But instead of resorting to a nuclear weapon he did something that is hugely unpopular at home and humiliating him around the world.
