NHTSA and the Vision for Safety 2.0

NHTSA in this legislation and in the vision for safety 2.0 essentially says they have no enforcement authority. So that's why I would argue. See, it's just so hard to try and issue standards for a new technology. And we don't know how to test it yet. Some companies are going to put out a business not just from the business risk but from the law.
