More administrators so you know as universities start to take mental health more seriously there's a lot more mental health providers for students colleges are competing to be green and so there might be a position like head of sustainability on campus which definitely didn't exist 10 years ago. She says if the kinds of people who work at universities can make a lot more money outside the university today than they could twenty years ago then universities have no choice but to raise salaries in order to compete with the private sector. But she adds that it may be true that if you're an engineering professor you could leave academia and join the private sector
