Southampton cricket club has a culture of openness. Is it overt, or is it just this thing? Certainly oit gon o run to artis certainly. When i came in, ed fahed, i mentioned earlier, was my i manger. Iiand in fact, i'd developed my relationship with mat and ed during his im at england cricket because of that open approach. It's both thoh, they're organized. There is a strong focus on culture.
