Is There a General Rule for Sugars?
Some people read a label and say, this hasn't this many grams of sugars added. But then the total carbs is like 22 or 24. fibre actually counteracts the process of hitting your blood stream so it's not going to have as much of an impact on you if you wont have a lot of fibre in there. Almond butter, salmon, any sort of like fatty fish, olive oil, avacato oil, olives and aint something like that are good healthy fats. And we don't want to cut out carbohydrates, but it is good to be mindful of them because carbohydrates equals sugar once they hit the blood stream.
