If you were to coach yourself as a six year old athlete, what would it be like? What are some of the things that you would do to try and get the best of your own by 30? Itis very interesting. i read the crestion wrong, so i didn't read the about myself part, so i din a generic example,. but fine, i will answer it as you ask the question. I would focus a lot on scales in those early years, d and also speed and power, but not necessarily, interms of a lot of supr like hard anarobic workouts.
