China's Economy Is a Form of State Capitalism

China supposedly a communist country but that's perhaps less relevant than it may seem. irrespective of ideology how is China's economy restricting or influencing its behavior right so now? It's not communist in the sense of being a collectivist Maoist style economy, more like state-dominated capitalism. They've seen what South Korea and Japan did after after World War II to take advantage of their low labor cost.
