Aristotle says focus on the behaviors that you're making into habits and you know you're gonna turn into a better person. I had a wrestling coach just to make this extremely practical because I think virtue ethics is the kind of thing which once you see it you kind of see it everywhere. If Sam Bankman Fried had spent several years thinking about how to behave excellently a lot of people would still have their money instead he spent his time thinking about pie in the sky utopian fantasy land.
