How Can We Use Local Indigenous Knowledge Systems to Rethink Infrastructure Maintenance?
CNN's John Sutter talks about his new grant with the University of Texas at Austin. He is working on a project that uses indigenous knowledge systems to train water operators in rural Alaskan communities.
