Are Some People More Injury Preventable Than Others?
Are some people just more injury prone than others? And if so, how can i avoid it? I seem to be getting hurt a lot lately, and it's not just because i'm getting older. There are usually tangible reasons why you are or not, right or not, as the case may be, injury prone. With age comes wisdom and switching gears like i did for example, at 50, moving mostly to calistatics. My joints are all largely intact but the goal is to make sure that’s the case for a long time.
