Airports and Customer Service

PPG's focus is customer service, and that's where we've come into the market to offer that lounge space. We bring a premium level lounge service product. When we make it available to all guests travelling, you don't have to segregate or separate people based on their cabin class. Everybody who wants access can have access. And I think the airports have definitely seen that and realize the importance of it because ultimately they want to see their customer service ratings from an airport aspect beat the next airport.
