Do You Think We're Already There?
I think that's a challenge we haven't, we haven't quite figured out yet if all of these private companies continue to develop their ideas and technologis away from other people. I'm not sure it's because of the secrecy of the research, but it's more about the power am that private companies can exert. We do have better rules on data protection as a result of initiatives like the g p r, but they're not universal, and they're not always followed. So should social scientists and other experts be more involved in this process, or should we leave it to computer scientists and softway developers?
