The biggest thing that stayed the same for us is focusing on strategy first and helping to make sure that companies understand why they should be measuring in the first place. For me, it's kind of a human nature of what the pipeline of the behaviors are, right? So everything for me is some sort of customer journey. And every product or service a company has its own unique customer journey as well.
