The Judge's Order to Move the Indictment to Trial

Former president Donald Trump's trial is set to begin on August 14th. The jury will be chosen from a pool of potential jurors in Fort Pierce, Florida. It could take weeks or months for the defense to litigate its case. A Republican primary debate has been scheduled for August 23rd and it would put this front-and-center again.
