The Ninth Circuit

The court is going to consider a federal law that could potentially criminalize immigration advice and ensnare preachers, lawyers and even grandparents. And the court's been sensitive to the rights of Native Americans in recent terms. The Supreme Court certainly rebuffed Ninth Circuit on the first case and my guess is that it'll be rebuffed on the second case.
