A lot of people have that issue of, I'm just not comfortable with investing in a house in a market I'm not familiar with. What would you tell someone like that that has that reservation and apprehension about getting started because of the property not being local? If you're really uncomfortable with it, right, there's lots of research that you can do. There are specific books on out-of-state investing that you can dig into.
